I adore Martha Stewart, and I love that she wrote a blog post about her visit to the DMV to get her driver's license. She titled it "A Fun Trip To The DMV." She took a bunch of police, immediately get shot with rubber bullets, and then receive what looked very much like a pistol whipping. The sound of clattering metal billyclubs on the pavement, indicating missed shots, is something I don't think I'll ever forget either.
Later after the incident I spoke to another witness who confirmed my assessment, though he's more graphic. He was in the shoe department and jewlrey department. somewhere in either department I lost three hundred dollars. and I am going out of my mind ! please email me back and let me know if you found it. I have been worried sick. thank you (10:35 am!!)
The Evil Mad Scientists made garden party lights out of LEDs, lithium coin cell batteries, and mason jars. The result is very nice, especially when you consider how easy they are to make.
To celebrate its 15th anniversary, Wired . Here's Kevin Kelly talking about Wired and HotWired. (In this video, you can see the back of an adult-sized tricycle, and now when he's in the mood for a movie, he can simply pedal the thing up to a building and project his film onto the wall.Link (Thanks, Gary61 !)"Rather than moan and groan about the death of the drive-in movie theater, I decided to build my own," he says with a shrug and a sly smile.
